The point is that the stories we tell ourselves can reflect and affect our health.

When something happens that is a tragedy or an incident it makes most feel better if they tell someone especially if this person feels guilty because he was involved in the incident or tragedy. If no one is told many can live with an unbearable guilt for the rest of their lives.
